We can meet and work to address these issues and I can help you in working to feel more confident and feel more whole in your life.
My Background and Approach
Within meeting with you, I will help you in providing tools that you can use to manage instances of depression or anxiety that may bother you or impact your life. I'll work with you to have at least 4 coping skills you can use to help when you feel that things are spiraling or feel that your anxiety or worry is controlling you in the moment. For the past 8 years, I have worked within the mental health field to help people feel more sure of themselves, work to better understand the feelings that they feel, and learn tools and skills that can allow them to feel secure in themselves. When you feel that you have to make active changes within your life and work towards your goals in effective ways, I can be there as a s source of guidance and and support to help you, and to be there to challenges you as needed in a gentle and growth oriented way to precent you from having feelings of being stuck within situations in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have the strong belief that everyone is able to change and despite any feelings of doubt or worry, a person can grow beyond current or past circumstances. I faced challenges within my own feelings of perfectionism and anxiety within my childhood, which within the journey of me going through therapy and life experiences, have allowed me to be more active in working to not dread change or failure in life when it occurs. I have strong feeling that working on oneself can be healthy and beneficial within life, being able to look into the best and worst parts of ourselves and work to change what may be a struggle for you in your life.
