About My Clients
I work with individuals who have a goal of living a meaningful life in all of its richness and who maybe seeking help with resolving past or present challenges and stressors. Individuals who maybe experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or who have a history of trauma. Immigrants, refugees, and others who have experienced displacement and are adjusting to a new environment are welcome.
My Background and Approach
I provide a collaborative, person-centered, and trauma informed approach to help with self-reflection and building on your life experiences. An insight oriented approach through which you may become more self-aware of your creative self, and inner strengths. I provide a safe space for sessions that may include coping and/or symptom management skills as needed, and exploring your goals and strengths. I have a Jungian therapeutic orientation and we may explore your dreams, and other symbolic expressions to help with growth in your self-awareness.
