About My Clients
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are ready to better understand themselves and grow through life’s challenges. Many of my clients seek support with anxiety, self-esteem, and goal setting. I also hold space for those navigating grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I’m also honored to support women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who value a therapist who meets them with understanding, authenticity, and hope.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, with specialized training as an Art Therapy Practitioner (ATP) and Phase 1 Brainspotting. My work is guided by a deep love of psychology and a belief in the power of creativity to heal. I often integrate art, play, and inner child work into therapy to help clients connect with their emotions and build self-understanding. My approach combines insight-oriented and expressive techniques with a strong emphasis on psychoeducation, empowering clients to better understand their own minds. I currently provide therapy under clinical supervision in a private practice setting and have experience supporting children, teens, and families through a community-based nonprofit. My approach is warm, playful, and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices with creative exploration to make therapy both meaningful and engaging. I strive to meet each client where they are while continuing to grow alongside them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that human connection is at the heart of healing. We are communal beings by nature, and everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported. In today’s world, that sense of connection can be hard to find—my goal is to be a lighthouse in those moments of uncertainty, helping you navigate toward safety, clarity, and growth. I am proud to be an advocate for women’s rights, the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodiversity-affirming care. I believe that each person carries incredible inner strength and beauty, and that therapy can help uncover and nurture those qualities. Together, we work to cultivate balance, mindfulness, and self-compassion. You deserve hope, healing, and happiness, and it would be my honor to walk beside you on that journey.
