About My Clients
I help adults who feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected, especially those navigating trauma, postpartum changes, or people-pleasing patterns. You may be used to holding it all together for others while quietly struggling yourself. I offer a safe, supportive space to slow down, feel seen, and begin healing at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Parts Work , Somatic Therapies, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I specialize in anxiety, trauma, dissociation, postpartum mental health, and low self-worth. If you’re not ready for trauma work, we can start with talk therapy or CBT to build tools and stability. My approach is flexible, supportive, and grounded in creating real, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist and a human, I deeply value authenticity, equity, and empowerment. I'm passionate about creating a space where clients of all identities feel safe, seen, and respected. I'm an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and affirm all gender expressions and sexual orientations. I believe Black Lives Matter and support dismantling systems of oppression both inside and outside the therapy room. I’m also committed to ongoing self-reflection and education around cultural humility, anti-racism, and trauma-informed care. Outside of my practice, I support organizations focused on reproductive rights, mental health access, and postpartum advocacy. I believe healing happens in both individual and collective spaces and that therapy can be a powerful place to reclaim your voice, values, and inner strength.
