I work with children, adults, and families to identify, process, and work through their identified needs. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, psychosis, and life experience adjustments.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Progressive Counting Therapy.
