My ultimate goal is to help individuals find healing in the most difficult of times. I am direct and emotion-focused in my approach to treatment. I aim to work collaboratively in identifying, experiencing, and understanding your deepest inner feelings. Through understanding comes growth and change. We'll explore and discover tools so you can learn how to navigate challenging situations. To do this work, I must provide you with a safe and healing environment that promotes vulnerability.
