About My Clients
I work with adolescents, adults and especially college students. I offer individual, family and group therapy. I love empowering people to reach their goals or just feel better about themselves. Sometimes we just need a different perspective or someone to support us and listen to us without judging! I can't wait to start working with you!
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a lot of experience working with individuals and families. When I work with clients I usually use mostly the Cognitive Behavioral approach which means I tend to focus on problem solving and bringing about positive changes in their lives by altering the way they think about things. Sometime people can get caught up in thought patterns that aren’t really helping them so changing learned thought patterns can help them change their perspective.
