About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, excessive worry, and phobias. OCD and anxiety can show up in many different—and sometimes surprising—ways. While some people struggle with visible compulsions like checking, others experience intrusive thoughts that are distressing, taboo, or completely at odds with their values. Because of this, many people with OCD suffer in silence.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, excessive worry, and phobias. I utilize evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a clinician, I aim to create a collaborative, non judgmental, and supportive space where you can confront your fears, build resilience, and move toward a life that reflects your values—not your anxiety. You don’t have to navigate this alone. With the right support, healing is possible.
