Experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health symptoms is a challenging journey that deserves understanding, support, and professional help. It can be difficult and feel lonely to navigate this world without support and validation.

I will use a person-centered approach to work to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for each person to share their unique story. I believe that building a solid relationship is a key component of a positive therapy experience. I have a passion for working with college students/young adults, helping you to work through life transitions, and am constantly working towards destigmatizing sex and the like topics. People universally want to feel heard, understood, and seen, and I aim to provide this for each person.
