Regardless of your background, who you are, what you've done, or what's been done to you, we desire to provide a safe space for you to process where you've been, where you are, and where you desire to go. Our team of highly trained counselors are dedicated to allying with our clients to overcome mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational distress.
Our Approach to Helping
We are a team of ministry-minded, professionally trained, and highly experienced counselors. Our counselors are trained in effective evidence-based techniques and interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method, Adlerian Therapy, Psychodynamic, Play Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Trauma informed therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
