About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who senses they’ve outgrown parts of their life but isn’t sure what comes next. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected while navigating transitions, burnout, or identity shifts. They’re thoughtful and self-aware, ready to move beyond surface-level fixes toward deeper clarity, alignment, and a more authentic way of living.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience across clinical, supervisory, and executive leadership roles, including serving as Chief Program Officer overseeing behavioral health and housing programs. My background includes working with complex trauma, mental health, addiction, and systems impacting underserved populations, which has shaped a deep understanding of resilience, identity, and human behavior. I specialize in trauma-informed, relational therapy for adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, burnout, and high-performance stress. My approach is insight-oriented and collaborative, helping clients understand patterns, build self-awareness, and make more intentional, aligned choices. I integrate depth-oriented work with practical strategies, supporting both meaningful reflection and real-life change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are not broken—they are shaped by their experiences, relationships, and environments, and are always in the process of becoming. Healing, to me, is not about fixing what’s wrong, but about understanding yourself more deeply and choosing how you want to live from that place of awareness. I value authenticity, honesty, and the courage it takes to look inward. Therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all together—where you can be real, messy, uncertain, and still fully accepted. At the same time, I believe in thoughtful challenge. Growth often requires discomfort, but it should always happen within a foundation of safety and respect. I am committed to creating an inclusive, non-judgmental space that honors diverse identities and lived experiences. I believe everyone deserves access to care that respects their humanity, autonomy, and capacity for change.
