I help clients to understand their family dynamics, their own identity, and their goals to ignite healing and to stop destructive behaviors and choices that have lead to feelings of frustration, loneliness, and crisis, or feelings of being stuck.
My Background and Approach
When boundaries have been violated through infidelity, lies and secrets it can be hard to know if a relationship is salvageable. Whether you have been cheated on or done the cheating: is there hope? Is change possible? Problems with intimacy can take many faces; ultimately, we want to be congruent with ourselves and those we love. I specialize in sexuality and have successfully worked with clients to help them heal from betrayal trauma, erectile struggles, acting out with porn, love addiction, exploration of sexual identity, and compulsive sexual behavior.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
These struggles can often affect the quality of life. Together, through the therapeutic process I work with clients to help dismantle their trauma and to unleash a life that they have always desired.
