About My Clients
Individuals that seek my services for a variety of reasons that may involve issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, illness of a family member, enmeshment and boundary issues, trauma, , sibling and parent conflicts, blended and/or non-traditional families, divorce, conflicts. People also seek my services for issues surrounding infidelity, separation, issues with communication, racial and cultural differences, and non-traditional relationship dynamics.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style consists of meeting people where they are in their varying situations from a holistic standpoint. I use an open-minded, non-judgmental approach to therapy where I work to view concerns from a non-pathologizing standpoint. Having a Social Work background, along with a degree in Marriage and Family therapy, I mainly center around family systems and strength based therapies that are drawn from Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Therapies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life changes and transitions happen to all of us. Sometimes we need a safe space to help better understand, process, and cope with things that are often beyond our control.
