About My Clients
As an empathetic, deep feeling person, relationships and the pressures of today’s world can be overwhelming for you. You easily absorb other people’s moods and notice things others might miss. Overthinking and seeking reassurance from others is a daily occurrence. Life transitions, even positive, are challenging and make it difficult for you to move on to new chapters in your life. You experience anxiety and fatigue often and feel like you don’t fit into the world around you.
My Background and Approach
I provide a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic experience, ensuring that you feel heard and understood. I work with you to overcome past experiences, traumas, or stress that might be affecting your life today. Through our work together, you’ll understand how to manage your own feelings and not take on other people’s emotions, value yourself and set boundaries with others, and learn how to go through the day without being overwhelmed by overthinking. Please note: I see clients online exclusively and have availability Monday through Thursday in the afternoons. I occasionally have Friday afternoon availability.
