My Background and Approach
I'm more than just a listener; I actively participate and encourage meaningful exploration during our sessions. I guide sessions using a somatic approach and there's no pressure to bring a topic to therapy. By working with the nervous system, overthinking will decrease, relationships will feel better, and you'll feel more in control of anxiety, stress, and past trauma.
