My Background and Approach
Allison L. Smith, CEO and founder of Our Lives Counseling, LLC, is a nationally certified (NCC) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). With a person-centered foundational approach, Allison Smith inclusively affirms and supports within a genuine therapeutic relationship. She supports LGBTQIA+ community, disorder management, trauma recovery, executive functioning skills acquisition, as well as character development, healthy habit building, stress management, test-taking strategies acquisition, organizational planning, goal setting, and positive conflict resolution.
