I have extensive lived and professional experience living and working as a member of this community. I am happy to work with individuals and couples of any and all gender idenities, sexual and romantic orientations. Additionally, I am happy to work with those involved in intimate relationships including couples and those who identify as poly or who are in relationships that they define as open/poly/consensual non-monogamous.

I employ elements of CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, ACT, IFS and mindfulness-based interventions to address impact so f depressive and adjustment disorder causing depressive symptoms.

I approach this work as one characterized as an evolving journey rather than a static destination. I have extensive training in the processes associated with affirming one's identity and am happy to assist my clients in accessing gender affirming medical care.

Couples Work Couples often find themselves seeking therapy when major life changes disrupt the balance in their relationship or when one partner's deepened understanding of their own identity and/ or values creates a new landscape to navigate together. For others, the interest in couples work emerges from a desire to more skillfully resolve conflicts, to deepen understanding of one another, and to improve the quality of connection and joy that each may experience in their intimate relationship

My practice is relational at its foundation and is informed by clinical practices that have been shown to be helpful in managing the symptoms and habitual ways of being that cause distress or undermine relationships and well being.
