My Background and Approach

My approach is to assist individuals, couples, and families to identify and heal attachment wounds to improve relationships. I offer play therapy to children ages 3 and older as play is the primary language of the child. I provide talk therapy and EMDR to adults in helping them to address individual and relational problems.
