About My Clients
I love supporting my clients through their life changes--whether you’re a high school or college senior who wants to fall apart in the face of graduation, navigating into full-blown adulthood or a midlife woman feeling stuck in responsibility, expectations, or lacking purpose. I have been where you are and together, we will create meaningful change in your life. The majority of my practice focuses on anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem and burnout.
My Background and Approach
As an integrative, mindfulness-based therapist, I take a whole-person approach to therapy. I incorporate a unique blend of evidence-based therapy with holistic practices that have been proven to be effective, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop the tools they need to thrive.
