Parenthood can fill us with joy and hope, and it can bring us to our knees in ways we never imagined. It’s my belief that we can lean into the hard parts of parenting, that having a safe place to share our story promotes growth, and that we can thrive in this time. I provide support for parents at all stages in their journey from preparing to build a family to adjusting to new parenthood and beyond. Growing the next generation of humans begins with nurturing parents. I created a practice that breaks the mold of traditional therapy in order to meet the needs of a new generation of parents. My aim is to reinvent the village and meet you where you are, in your home, in the community, or online through text and video therapy. I value being authentic, present, and vulnerable both in my practice and in my life. I am a human and mother first, therapist second.
