My Background and Approach
I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Approach, mixed with attachment and family systems, in order to help develop insight into your connections to others and identify concrete ways to work through your negative thoughts patterns. In my 7 years of practice, I have Worked with children, adolescents, adults, crisis management, anxiety, depression, post partum mental health, and transitions.
