Having many years of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, addiction, and personality disorders, I have found that the potential for growth and change is unlimited with the right support at the right time. Whatever you come to therapy for, I am here to walk the path with you in a way that makes you feel comfortable and safe from the start.
My Background and Approach
Whether you are a member of a recently blended family trying to find ways to build connection, having difficulties due to mental health issues, or a single person who has the tendency to end up with emotionally unavailable people, I can help you identify thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back. I specialize in working with clients with relationship problems; whether in individual, couples or family therapy. If you've tried to fix ongoing issues within yourself and/or your relationships without avail, help is here! I enjoy teaching mindfulness skills, CBT and DBT to help clients overcome anxiety and low self esteem to increase self confidence. I utilize a holistic approach (mind, body, spirit), and enjoy working with clients to empower them to find the solutions they need within themselves using a systemic approach. Therapy is a collaborative, transformative experience and the benefits from the therapeutic relationship can be lifelong.
