About My Clients
I work primarily with adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My ideal clients are those who are ready to explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and who want a collaborative, supportive space to grow. I also work with individuals managing personality-related challenges or seeking deeper insight into themselves and their connections with others.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2021 and have experience working with adults and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and personality-related concerns. My training in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care, allows me to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. Clients benefit from my empathetic, collaborative approach, gaining insight, practical skills, and a safe space to explore, heal, and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.

I value empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, and I strive to create a space where all clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I am committed to promoting inclusivity and respect for diversity in all forms, including race, gender identity, sexual orientation, and cultural background. I believe in the importance of social justice and work to create an environment that affirms each person’s lived experience. Outside of my practice, I support mental health advocacy and enjoy volunteering with community programs that promote wellness and resilience.
