About My Clients
Life is overwhelming. Relationships become strained, stress builds, and transitions can leave you feeling stuck, lost, and disconnected. You don’t have to navigate it all alone. Therapy offers space to slow down, be seen, and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, and self-worth. Together, we’ll explore your story and help you reclaim space in your life as you move toward a more grounded and authentic you.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is about you feeling seen and understood. I offer a space where you don’t have to filter, a space where your experiences are met with care, not judgment. We'll work together to figure out what healing and growth look like for you, at your pace. You’re the expert on your own life and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered to make the changes that matter most to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I bring a trauma-informed, relational, and holistic approach grounded in values of social justice and Health at Every Size (HAES). I believe healing happens in connection with ourselves, with others, and within systems that honor our full identities. I'm a natural caretaker and lifelong learner, always deepening my understanding to support each client’s unique path. I’m a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and committed to creating affirming, inclusive spaces for all identities. Outside the therapy room, I volunteer at an animal shelter as an advocate for animal welfare and am passionate about giving back to my community. Whether you're navigating trauma, identity, relationships, or life transitions, I’m here to hold space with compassion, curiosity, and care.
