About My Clients
I work with teens and young adults who feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are and where they fit. Many of my clients navigate school stress, family conflict, and identity questions. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients and those who feel out of place.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Walden University in February 2026. I use therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I help clients build coping skills and emotional regulation strategies, and address patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through, make sense of your experiences, and begin moving toward a more authentic, grounded sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was drawn to social work and psychotherapy due to my deep sense of social justice. I believe that disenfranchised populations, such as the LGBTQ+ community, women, and people of color, deserve the same rights and freedoms as everyone else. We should all feel comfortable in our own skin and have a place in this world.
