I work with adults navigating life transitions such as trauma, career and retirement, travel desires, health, relationships, family planning, identity discovery, finances, and other significant events. I support people in finding solutions to uncomfortable sex, strained intimacy, and limited communication in relationships. I help people in relationships heal from intense episodes of conflict, such as betrayal, divorce and separation, abuse, infidelity, co-parenting, and family roles.

I work in a strengths-based way. This means that I believe you have assets to help you navigate the challenges you are in now. I want to work to uncover what has happened to you and how you want to move forward. You are the expert on your life; I'm just here to help support you with skills ! We will work collaboratively to define the goals of therapy. Feedback giving is important to my relationship with you so that I can best support your growth. I specialize in sex therapy, EMDR for trauma, and communication skills. I pull from a variety of modalities to give you a therapeutic approach that is catered to your unique circumstances.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that systems of power and oppression cannot be ignored when working with clients. It is important to consider how race, ethnicity, ability, sex, orientation, gender, family roles, culture of origin, and many other identities we hold impact each person's level of access. I want to see you within the context of all these identities and then work towards action.
