I see issues in the bedroom as our brains telling our bodies what to feel, instead of our bodies being in the driver's seat. I want to help you explore how to turn off the messages of your brain to allow your body to fully feel and express yourself.

Life cycle events, relationships coming and going, and career or education changes are profound moments in which you are able to define yourself and your new wants. I want to support you in charting this new course of your life.

It can be hard to put your child's needs first when working with your co-parent is so hard because communication is strained. I can show you how to develop routines for your family that really work. There is a way to unite your parenting approach and have the best outcome for your family.

Solution focused therapy gets you in and out and on your way to changing you behavior. It is an action orientated approach to give you tools to change your life after each session. This modality helps you narrow in on how to improve your situation, instead of just dwelling on what is going wrong for you.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy helps you lessen the emotional distress you have when recalling past events. You will still remember your history; however, after treatment you can be left feeling less raw and exposed after having thought about these events. This approach is very different from traditional talk-therapy ways of working with clients and because of it's structured approach, clients may experience breakthroughs more quickly than other modalities.

Workings with people in relationships focuses on what skills partners need in order to more effectively communicate and compromise. I welcome individuals of partnerships and members of polyamorous community to talk about what is going on inside their relationships.

Going through changes can be hard, especially when you didn't expect this and are feeling out of control. Finding stability, and yourself along the way, in the path forward is how I can best support you. Let's make meaning of what has happened and see where you want to go next.

Talking about sex can be difficult. I aim to make it easier by using language that you define to understand what is or is not happening in the bedroom.
