About My Clients

Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed, stuck in stressful patterns, or noticing tension in your relationships? I work with individuals (adults, teens, and children) and couples seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship stress, family dynamics, and life transitions. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change and more connected relationships!

My Background and Approach

In our work together, I take a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach that honors both your lived experience and your nervous system. Therapy with me is collaborative, attuned, and grounded in curiosity. We focus on what’s happening in the present while mindfully exploring the experiences and relational patterns that shape how you think, feel, and connect today. My work draws from attachment-based and insight-oriented approaches, helping adults, couples, teens, and children better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I integrate reflection with practical strategies (and a bit of humor) so that therapy feels both meaningful and useful in daily life. Above all, therapy is a space where you can show up as your whole self—thoughtful, overwhelmed, uncertain, or hopeful—and be met with care, honesty, and respect. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale openings for clients experiencing financial hardship.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are capable of growth and change at any point in their lives. No one is broken or beyond help! Many of the struggles we experience, whether emotional overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, or relationship patterns, are understandable responses to life experiences, not personal failures. Therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and human. Meaningful change often begins by slowing down to understand what lies beneath our reactions and learning new ways to respond with greater awareness and self-compassion. As a parent and partner, I understand how relationships and family dynamics can stretch us in unexpected ways, and that perspective informs my work. I practice from an affirming, trauma-informed lens and strive to show up as an ally to LGBTQ+ individuals and marginalized communities. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
