My Background and Approach
I am trained in many couples modalities including Gottman, EFT & RLT and EMDR/Prolonged exposure to work with trauma and MBCBT and ERP to work with anxiety related disorders. I am also in the process of becoming a certified sex therapist and completing a PhD. In Clinical Sexology.
