About My Clients
It is my goal to make high-quality, comprehensive anxiety treatment more accessible to families. With every family I meet, I seek to offer families a sense of hope for concerns that have been impacting their children’s lives, while making strategies sustainable. The integrative nature of my approach includes options to coordinate with schools, community members, and extended family so they, too, can effectively support children with anxiety in the places that matter most.
My Background and Approach
I earned my PhD in School Psychology in 2019 from Michigan State University. My research throughout graduate school has focused on evaluating and sharing science-backed treatment for children with anxiety, specifically Selective Mutism (SM). Prior to moving to Minneapolis, I worked as a licensed clinical child and adolescent psychologist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital (2018-2025) in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, I offered psychological testing and outpatient psychotherapy services for children, teens, and their families with a broad range of presenting concerns.
