About My Clients

I specialize in treating both men and women, who are experiencing daily life stressors, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, ADHD, and anger. My approach supports clients through major life transitions, relationship dynamics, evolving identity, and career-related concerns. My work with young adults is focused in navigating the unique pressures of this life stage, relating to academic or career demands, time management, social dynamics/relationships, and finding direction amidst uncertainty.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), which reflects advanced training in supporting individuals through the emotional and psychological changes that can accompany pregnancy, birth, the postpartum period, and parenting beyond the first year. I provide compassionate care during what can be a joyful yet overwhelming time to help you feel grounded. I bring years of experience working in a hospital NICU offering support to families before, during, and after the NICU. Whether you're navigating a high-risk pregnancy, coping with the uncertainties of a NICU stay, or adjusting to life after discharge, I can provide a steady presence to help you process. Beyond the perinatal period, I work with parents of older children with managing the mental load of parenting, navigating relationship dynamics, and coping with your child's behavioral challenges. Parenthood evolves over time, and I offer a space to process these changes, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work with men focuses in navigating the pressures of fatherhood, relationship challenges, divorce, career shifts, anxiety, and anger. Many of the men I work with carry a quiet weight, feeling the pressure to hold everything together while having few places to talk about what’s really going on. Our work together can be a place to unload the pressure, speak freely, find clarity, and start showing up in your life the way you want to. In addition, I work with individuals of all ages who struggle with executive functioning. Skills like organization, planning, time management, emotional regulation, and task initiation. Whether it’s a young adult overwhelmed by academic pressure, a professional feeling stuck and scattered, or a parent juggling multiple roles and to-do lists, I help clients develop strategies to manage daily demands with more clarity and confidence.
