About My Clients
I have experience with clients of varying walks of life and relationship constellation, kink/poly affirmative. Each client has unique needs. I approach therapy collaboratively in order to support those. Whether you are an individual or couple looking to unpack emotions, narratives, and patterns that show up in your life or relationship, I can support you. My goal for each client is to find more healing and joy in their relationship with self and others.
My Background and Approach
Therapy should be a safe place to unpack and redefine the different facets of identity we each hold to create pleasurable and fulfilling relationships with self and others. It's a place to explore and continue the path of living in our most authentic selves. I work from a place of empowering strengths, enhancing communication and redefining what works for you/the relationship. Along with being a Registered Yoga Teacher, I bring laughter, safety and nonjudgement to each of my clients. I view each client holistically and systemically taking in to count how we are caring for ourselves.
