My Background and Approach
Throughout my career, I have recognized a gap in healthcare. I noticed that systems were not working together to reach a common goal. People were getting missed, forgotten, or receiving lackluster care. This observation drove my passion to create a wellness center that allows for multiple disciplines to utilize their expertise, creating a comprehensive plan for total health. I am dedicated to de-stigmatizing mental health concerns while promoting the importance of mind & body alliance. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. I first received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The Ohio State University and followed that with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. As a Counselor I ensure that my clients feel heard and empowered. I value your experience and what you bring to the table.
