About My Clients
Being young kinda sucks sometimes. There's pressure from everyone about who you "should be," including yourself. You're trying to navigate relationships with family, peers, and the world and it just feels chaotic and overwhelming. No one seems to understand and it feels like everyone just wants you to be "fixed." But are you even broken?
My Background and Approach
Small changes can create meaningful growth—you don’t have to wait for transformation to begin. My approach is solution-focused and forward-looking, helping you identify what’s already working and build momentum from there. I offer a relational, growth-oriented space where teens, young adults, and families can explore identity, strengthen self-esteem, and improve communication. I also provide parent coaching to help you stay steady, set healthy limits, and support your child’s development, along with family sessions to repair connection and shift patterns. I believe that when one person grows, it can positively change an entire relationship or system — including you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value integrity, authenticity, and creating a space where clients—especially young people—can trust that what I say and do aligns. I strive to show up as my genuine self and encourage clients to do the same. My work is solution-focused, grounded in the belief that small changes can lead to meaningful growth and that creating a clear vision helps guide where you’re going and how to get there. At the same time, I believe there is an important place for empathy, reflection, and sitting with uncomfortable feelings. Therapy isn’t always about constant self-improvement—sometimes it’s about learning to simply be. I also believe well-being is supported through connection, whether that’s being outdoors, staying active, or finding your community—people who appreciate and support your unique, authentic self.
