About My Clients
Have you been waiting on hold trying to make a doctor’s appointment and think, “when did I become an adult?” How many mornings have you woken up and thought “here comes another day of adulting?” Navigating the world is hard enough but when you add paying bills, dating apps/relationships, school/work, family, and a global pandemic, life can easily get overwhelming. My goal is to help you navigate the choppy waters of adulthood.
My Background and Approach
We will work together to forge a path through modern-day responsibilities and expectations in the midst of all the chaos. My job as a therapist is to support your goals and always be a listening ear.
