About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals experiencing anxiety in its many forms, including chronic worry, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and social or relationship-based anxiety. I especially enjoy working with those who feel emotionally overwhelmed, struggle to set boundaries, or find themselves prioritizing others’ needs while feeling disconnected from their own. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and motivated for change, yet feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them
My Background and Approach
With a background in social work, I approach each client in the context of their whole life and the systems around them. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect to anxiety. Together, we explore the stories and patterns that arise in anxious moments and identify practical strategies to manage them. I focus on recognizing your strengths, even in uncertainty, and aim to create a space where you can reflect, connect, and build self-compassion while learning tools to navigate life with greater ease.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I care deeply about mental health awareness and inclusivity, and I value empathy, compassion, and understanding in both life and therapy. I especially want clients to feel safe exploring their thoughts and feelings, building self-compassion, and discovering ways to navigate anxiety and life’s challenges with more ease.Outside of therapy, I enjoy supporting causes that promote connection and well-being, and I find joy in learning from different perspectives and communities. My hope is that our work together can offer a space for reflection, growth, and feeling more grounded in yourself.
