About My Clients
I have a special passion for working with neurodivergent (or “neurospicy”) humans and those whose nervous systems have been shaped by trauma. As a fellow chronically ill girly, I enjoy providing a shame free space for those who experience chronic health conditions and disabilities. There is a lot of intersection between the neurospicy (ADHD, AUDHD, ASD), complex trauma, and chronic health conditions. I would be honored to work with you at a pace that honors your nervous system.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy works best when you feel deeply understood—not analyzed or rushed. Before I’m a therapist, I’m a human who values gentleness, curiosity, and compassion. It’s truly a privilege to sit with people as they share their stories, their pain, and their hopes for something different. I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist. My work is grounded in experiential and somatic approaches, meaning we don’t just talk about what’s happening—we gently explore how your experiences live in your body, emotions, and relationships. This can be especially powerful for healing complex trauma, navigating chronic pain, and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have learned to stay guarded.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
While grounded in Experiential Family Therapy and Somatic Trauma Therapy; I also integrate creative interventions such as art, meditation, and writing, to foster authentic emotional expression. I also incorporate certain EMDR techniques like body tapping and other somatic work. I believe working alongside you during this journey rather than using a one size fits all therapeutic model. My hope is to offer a warm, empathetic space where you can soften, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
