My name is Alli and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I absolutely love what I do! I have worked with many adults to overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma. Therapy can offer you clarity and confidence which can aid in making significant changes, so you can discover how valuable you really are. My current specialities focus on complex-trauma, relational aspects, and attachment difficulties/trauma, anxiety, and depression. I can assist you by creating a safe space to explore effective ways to relate to others but more so, how to have a better relationship with yourself. I love working with adults to help them find their passions in life, and remove the blocks that are keeping them from being the best version of themselves.
