I have been helping individuals and families navigate through life’s challenges since 2018. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, warm space where you can feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and foster healthier coping strategies to create meaningful change in your life.
My Background and Approach
While I work primarily with mood issues . addiction, and stress management, I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community and working on issues related to race and ethnicity. I have a particular passion for helping individuals build greater emotional resilience in the face of oppressive systems.
