About My Clients
I have over 20 years of experience in Mental Health, and hold licenses in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Vermont (and provide services in these areas), as well as the, National Certified Counselor (www.nbcc.org) distinction. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including: General Outpatient Concerns, Marital/ Couple Counseling, Substance abuse, children and adolescents.
My Background and Approach
I believe that while insight is important, true change requires learning new ways, alternatives or solutions and often requires us to stretch just outside of our comfort. I believe in using evidence/science based approaches, but am always cognizant of the human component that connects us and brings us together.
