I work from a holistic lens, incorporating the mind, body and spirit, while connecting with you, the client, and taking into consideration your life experiences, culture, ethnicity, etc. My approach is compassionate, strength-based, and goal-oriented. Therapy is not one size fits all so I utilize various techniques and draw from numerous therapeutic theories including Solution Focused, Emotion Focused, and Narrative Therapy as well as play therapy, CBT, yoga, mindfulness, and trauma informed techniques.
