About My Clients
My ideal client is one that is in most need and dedicated to self improvement. One that is in need of assistance with their goals and guidance towards their process of healing. Throughout our walks of life many of life's obstacles play a major role in the decline of our mental health. We will all face difficult times, situations and people, it’s inevitable that we will face bad and hard days even weeks at times that are more difficult than others and and feel the need and desire to heal.

My counseling focuses on the patients issues and creating a plan to successfully reach each individuals best version of self. Additionally, we will focus on past trauma, recognition of patterns and behaviors that has held you captive and hindering an environment conducive to your ideal quality of life, to unlock your ideal version of yourself.
