About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, suicidal ideation and self-harm. I have provided both individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize evidence-based approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also have experience using various other therapeutic approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the foundation of a good therapeutic relationship is trust. My first goal is to build rapport with you and create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing your feelings. Therapy is a collaborative process and I will do my best to tailor sessions to meet your needs. Throughout sessions, you can expect to learn various coping and cognitive skills to aid in your progress.
