I help high achieving professionals and entrepreneurial women reclaim their time, self esteem, and self worth. I use a collaborative and customized approach to help you uncover the root of your patterns. As a yoga instructor, I also incorporate somatic techniques. I gently walk with you, but I will be real with you for the sake of accountability.
