About My Clients

My Background and Approach
We may attribute different meanings towards suffering, but one thing is for sure- we all suffer! From feeling disconnected from ourselves or others, being marginalized, not being heard or seen, figuring out how to survive, grieving through world events, or questioning our existence, there is a lot expected from us but not always enough support. Together we can discover new insights and forge new patterns that align with your values, beliefs and culture. I consider all aspects of who you are, where and who you come from, your story, as well as the systems and experiences that contribute to suffering. My approach is strength-based, collaborative and creative. Throughout our work together, I actively encourage your questions and feedback to ensure that you are getting what you need quickly and effectively.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Having lived and practiced in a number of countries, as well as belonging to multiple cultures, I am able to witness how human experiences of love, pain and family may be similar, but are expressed through beautiful differences.
