About My Clients
I work with adults individually and in group therapy to help them navigate depression, ADHD, relational trauma recovery, and caregiver burnout. You might connect with me if: You’re always the one who people lean on, but you rarely get that same care in return. You feel emotionally drained, even when things “look fine.” It’s hard to express or even know what you’re feeling. You keep running into the same relationship patterns. You’re ready to explore your inner world and put yourself first.
My Background and Approach
My approach blends holistic and trauma-informed care. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic practices, and mindfulness-based tools. Many of my clients describe finally feeling relief and grounded after our sessions. We'll use techniques like breathwork and mindfulness to regulate your nervous system. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive, and deeply compassionate safe space for you to unpack your true feelings. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and rediscover the parts of yourself.

I’m passionate about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse adults who are ready to motivated to heal and reconnect with who they truly are.
