I work with teens, parents, and individuals facing life’s challenges, using CBT to shift unhelpful thinking, DBT to manage emotions, and Brainspotting for trauma healing. Best of all, I listen and work alongside you, believing you know yourself best. Together, we'll create a path toward clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
