About My Clients
I work with adults, teens, and couples. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and women’s issues. I am passionate about supporting parents through the complexities of parenting, including postpartum depression. I am also drawn to individuals who feel deeply and fear rejection—often described as “too sensitive”—including those navigating low self-esteem, shame, fear of rejection, people-pleasing and perfectionism.
My Background and Approach
My priority in every session is to ensure you feel safe, seen, and heard. I hold deep respect for people’s lived experiences and inner worlds, and I approach all parts of a person with curiosity, compassion, and non‑judgment. Together, we will explore the narratives and core beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. We will lean into your pain with gentleness and curiosity to build tolerance for uncertainty and cultivate hope for meaningful change. Whether you're new to therapy or seeking a fresh start, you deserve to be heard and supported in your healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person carries a story that holds both strength and pain. The parts of ourselves we struggle with—our trauma, our wounds, our shame—do not diminish our inherent worth. In moments of grief, loss, anger, or worry, the discomfort can feel overwhelming. Turning toward that pain, rather than avoiding or criticizing it, opens the door to growth and self‑compassion. My practice is shaped by my identity as a queer therapist, a mother, and by a deep awareness of the systemic forces that influence our lives. I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive environment for people of all identities, grounded in social justice values. My hope is to offer a therapeutic space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered in their full humanity.
