About My Clients
Navigating life’s complexities can feel overwhelming, isolating, or heavy – especially in relationships where we long to feel seen, safe, and understood. Whether facing a new diagnosis, healing past trauma, exploring identity, or navigating life's challenges, I offer curious, compassionate, and respectful support for your unique story.
My Background and Approach
The support I offer is grounded in more than two decades of lived experience and professional training helping people move through life’s most tender and challenging moments. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a diverse set of tools and practices to help you reconnect to yourself, your relationships, and your sense of possibility. My goal is for you to leave our work together with strategies you can rely on, working on empowering you to feel more centered, resilient, and authentic. I take a warm, reality-based, and strengths-focused approach. We'll start with what’s happening in your life right now—naming the patterns, the pain, and the hopes you carry. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped your story and how you’d like that story to evolve.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and connection, no matter their story. Mental health challenges aren’t personal failings—they’re often responses to pain and systems that don’t honor our full humanity. As a parent of neurodiverse kids and someone with decades in underrepresented communities, I value authenticity, even when it feels hard. My practice is affirming, body- and sex-positive, and welcoming of all identities and relationships. Humor, curiosity, and compassion are as vital to healing as any technique. You are the expert in your life; my role is to walk alongside you with tools, perspective, and respect as you discover what wholeness means for you.
