About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or major life changes and are looking for a steady place to sort through it all. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent a long time pushing through on their own but are ready for more support. They may be navigating relationship stress, parenting challenges, career pressure, or identity shifts and want a calm, collaborative space to reflect, build resilience, and move forward with more clarity.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with experience supporting adults through anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients feel understood while building practical coping tools. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based work to help clients better understand their patterns, build resilience, and move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a supportive space where people can slow down, reflect, and feel heard without judgment. My approach is grounded in respect for each person’s story and the belief that meaningful change happens through self-awareness, compassion, and steady support. I value creating a calm, collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move forward in a way that feels authentic to them.
