About My Clients
As human beings, we are driven towards inner balance, and situations in life can impact functioning and offset balance. Maybe you have developed patterns of coping that are not working anymore, or you feel stuck. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating concerns, eating disorders, grief, foster care and adoption adjustments, and life adjustments. Collaboratively, we will work together on your goals, while noticing the strengths that lie within you and your authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master of Social Work Degree, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am continually undergoing training for sandplay therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings, including: outpatient, school-based, residential treatment centers and community based. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches to support clients in regaining balance and experience healing. I utilize holistic and relational strategies. I emphasize client-centered care, a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, a safe environment, and a collaborative approach where you feel heard and empowered. I strive to provide a place where clients experience inner healing, worthiness, growth, and live authentically. It would be an honor to meet you and discuss the next steps.
