About My Clients
Have you ever said, “A part of me feels…but another part feels…" Welcome to your Internal Family System (IFS) ! IFS identifies and addresses these multiple sub-personalities, or families, within each person’s system. At times, parts may be wounded and carry painful emotions such as shame and anger, as well as parts that try to control and protect the person from the pain. We all have these different parts. IFS focuses on healing wounded parts and restoring balance within the system.
My Background and Approach
I have completed Level 1 Training in the IFS model and utilize this approach regularly in my practice. I am patient, compassionate, and seek to make all feel safe and comfortable. I believe you are the expert of your experience. We all have the innate qualities necessary to understand and heal ourselves when approached with compassion and curiosity.
